I just love music education and teaching the violin. In our lessons we will explore the creative, problem solving art of learning to play the violin. I have been teaching violin since 2019 and I have been playing violin since 2011. I studied music at the University of Pretoria and I have completed my level 1 Suzuki Teachers training. I also use Violin Star, Colour strings, ABRSM, Trinity, Fiddle Time Joggers and a whole lot more. I am curious about all teaching methods and do not stick to one, but explore a variety of different approaches, depending on the needs of the student. When I am not practicing or teaching I am exploring nature, birding with my husband or playing at weddings. My favourite place to play the violin is in church, I love playing worship music the most.
